The seminar was organized by the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and the Government of Qatar with the objective to promote international cooperation programmes that focus on chemical industry outreach and industry-related aspects of the implementation of Article XI of the Convention. The Chair of the Working Group on Implementation to the UNECE Industrial Accidents Convention participated in the meeting and delivered a presentation, describing the work and tools under the Convention.
