UNECE will lead a Pre-Forum session "Policy and regulatory approaches for traceability and sustainability in garment and footwear" on 11 February 2020 from 10:30 am to 12:30pm, during the OECD Forum on Due Diligence in the Garment and Footwear Sector.

This session will discuss policy recommendations, regulatory approaches and technical standards currently developed under the EU funded project ‘Enhancing Transparency and Traceability of Sustainable Value Chains in the Garment and Footwear Sector’ jointly implemented by UNECE-ITC with ILO, along other cross-industry best practices for traceability.

Moderator

Maria Teresa Pisani, Economic Cooperation and Trade Division of UNECE will be moderating the session.
