The meeting will be conducted within the pilot application of SEA for the National Waste Management Strategy and Action Plan of Georgia.
The aim of this meeting is to to present and discuss the results and conclusions of the SEA and to get a feedback to be considered when finalizing the SEA report.
The event will be organized by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia with support of the Secretariat to the UNECE Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) and its Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment (Protocol on SEA).
The activity will be carried out in the framework of the EU funded Programme Greening Economies in the Eastern Neighbourhood (EaP-GREEN).
