The Bureau under the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (the Espoo Convention) and its Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) will review the implementation of the workplan under the Convention and the Protocol; as well as the related financial and budgetary matters.
