The 1st meeting of the Expert Group was held in Utrecht, the Netherlands, on 23-25 October 2019, hosted by the Government of the Netherlands. The purpose of the meeting was to review and evaluate the existing framework, debate about which indicators are already outdated or will be outdated in the coming years, debate about synergy with UNESCO and other relevant frameworks, and to have a critical reflection on what the Committee has experienced during the last 10 years.
