(b) Regional framework of cooperation for sustainable development: Regional Forum on Sustainable Development;
(c) Outcomes of capacity-building activities.
• Preparations for the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe High-level Meeting of Education and Environment Ministries in 2021:
(a) Organizational issues for the Ninth Environment for Europe Ministerial Conference;
(b) Host country preparations;
(c) Official documents for consideration at the High-level Meeting of Education and Environment Ministries;
(d) Resource requirements.
• Outcomes of the three meetings and of the subsequent work of the ad hoc group for strategic planning.
• Outcomes of the first meeting and of the subsequent work of the ad hoc group on youth.
• Outcomes of the three meetings and of the subsequent work of the ad hoc group on indicators.

Delegates attending the meeting are requested to register before Monday, 19 October using the new electronic procedure. This page will lead you to directly register for the meeting.

Since Switzerland is a part of the Schengen Zone, obtaining a visa might take up to 5 weeks. Participants needing a visa are therefore requested to submit their application as soon as possible and initiate visa procedures at least four weeks before the meeting.
Requests for financial support should be submitted to the UNECE secretariat (elizabeth.james(at)un.org) not later than Thursday, 10 September 2020. No application will be accepted after this deadline. This would be based on the approved countries eligible for financial support to participate in meetings and events, (https://www.unece.org/fileadmin/DAM/env/documents/2019/ece/cep/CEP-25_EligibilityCriteria.IP.21.e.pdf).

1. Participants MUST provide their mobile phone number on the registration form.
2. Participants should not attend the meeting in-person if they display any flu- or cold-like symptoms or if they are still awaiting COVID PCR test results.
3. Participants must inform the Secretariat at: (022.9176307 or elizabeth.james at un.org), if they were diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days after their last presence at the meeting. They should also inform Ms. James, Medical Services or UNOG Security if they begin to display cold- or flu-like symptoms while in the premises.
4. Participants need to be aware of all the safety measures (i.e. not to come to the meeting in-person or the Palais des Nations if they feel sick. Wearing of masks in and around conference room is required, physical distancing is being exercised. Please inform Ms. Elizabeth James, in case of developing COVID-19 symptoms during or following the meeting.
