The Clearing House Advisory Board works in close cooperation with the UNECE and WHO/Europe secretariat to provide guidance on a range of substantive and technical issues relating to the implementation and pilot operation of the Clearing House. Its Terms of Reference are set out in the addendum to the report on the conceptual design of the Clearing House.
