The seventh meeting of the Legal Board was held in the Palais des Nations, Geneva, on 15-16 April 2010.
As requested by the fifth session of the Meeting of the Parties (Geneva, 10-12 November 2009) the Legal Board started to discuss possible options for a mechanism assisting Parties with solving implementation problems and preventing or settling differences regarding the interpretation and application of the Convention. The Legal Board also considered modalities and content of a study on the applicability of the Convention to transboundary groundwaters.
