The small group on Disaster Risk Reduction and Natural Hazards Triggering Technological Accidents (Natech) that has been established under the Bureau of the Industrial Accidents Convention, held a meeting together with partners to discuss the initial planning for a UNECE/EIB/OECD/partner country joint session at the European Forum on Disaster Risk Reduction (EFDRR 2021), which is planned to take place 24-26 November 2021 in Matosinhos, Portugal and online. Initial ideas for the joint session were developed on the basis of a presentation (available here).
The second meeting of this group will take place on 28 May 2021 in Geneva and online.
