Mr. Vitalii Mutaf, member of the national coordination group from the Republic of Moldova within the UNECE project on hazard and crisis management in the Danube Delta (2011-2015), delivered a presentation on the project's trilateral field exercise between the Republic of Moldova, Romania and Ukraine, held on 3 September 2015.
