The Committee discussed the subject matter of communications ACCC/C/2004/06 and ACCC/C/2004/08 and determined preliminary admissibility of communications ACCC/C/2005/12 and ACCC/C/2005/13. The meeting took place back-to-back with the 2nd Meeting of the Parties to the Convention where the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Veit Koester, presented its work. |
