Pursuant to paragraphs 14 (b) and 40 (a) and (e) of the annex to decision I/2 adopted by the Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol on PRTRs (ECE/MP.PRTR/2010/2/Add.1, ENG, FRE, RUS), the Committee may provide advice and facilitate assistance to Parties regarding their compliance with the Protocol.
